so back to alaska stuff…had my first day off with beni. yay! sundays off! didn’t go on a tour this time around. wasn’t really trying. we did go on a hike to horseshoe lake. and man was it gorgeous! we also spotted a mother and baby moose out on the lake. SOOOOO cute!

we were also going to hike up dragonfly creek to see the herds of dall sheep, but that plan kinda got put on hold. a combination of being worn out after the horseshoe hike and the lack of knowledge on how long the hike would be contributed to our decision. it’s ok. i’ve got my own little dall sheep back at home.
