My Daddy left for the Philippines this morning and I’m a little sad. Dakota knew I was bummed out so she thought she’d greet me this morning with a big hug and kiss which she never does in the morning. Unfortunately her hands were covered with shit because her shitty ass Babies R Us nappy fell off and she starting playing with its…”contents”. I spent a good 30 minutes getting the poop off her hands and cleaning my bed.
Moral of the story, don’t buy anymore Babies R Us nappies. Their velcro sucks.

oh my little kai! i love her so much!
the little one is finally over her cold! it lasted a little over a week and honestly, it was too much for me to see that poor little girl suffer. her wheezing was hearth-breaking for me. unfortunately though, kai fell off the bed again yesterday morning. i just remember hearing and thud, waking up, and not seeing her next to me. i freaked out. luckily she was conscious. if not i’d have to take her to the emergency room. ;A;
i called beni after dakota and i calmed down–i was in tears–and he was so upset that he wanted to call dorel asia (the people who were supposed to deal with our recalled crib issue) and file a complaint. well, he had better luck than me because he got straight through right away and was able to speak to a real person. he didn’t complain though since they were being so helpful. so guess what. instead of mailing us the piece that will prevent the crib’s drop-down door from dropping, dorel asia is sending us A BRAND NEW CRIB!! holy crap! that’s so exciting! and not only that, but the crib converts to a child’s day bed! omg omg omg!!! how awesome is that! i can’t wait for the crib to come in the mail. i’m so excited!
adding to the excitement, my daddy is actually coming home tomorrow!! yay! he was supposed to be back over a month ago but he postponed his trip back to finish more work in the business. that’s ok . i know he’s a busy guy. not to mention he’s so much happier here. honestly, i think the only thing that brings dad back home here is kai. xD he loves his cutie little granddaughter! who wouldn’t! <33 i love my daddy! can’t wait to see him!
i look terrible these days! haha. i just kinda stopped caring about my image since i currently weigh 23lbs more than i did several months ago. i still try to look as cute as possible, but hey. what can ya do? i’m just glad that my face hasn’t gotten fat! anyway, this picture is of me in the mother & baby suites at the new St. Joseph’s hospital off dale mabry and van dyke. beni and i visited there during their community open house. it’s a lovely hospital and i hope i am able to register to go there!
i’ve been pretty busy lately. not with work unfortunately. i’ve been getting my craft on. i’ve been crocheting things here and there and i fear arthritis is in my future. D; i think i’ve put a hold on christmas crocheting just because of certain issues. ugh…. i’ll get them done one day! but i DID manage to finish projects i had for my cousin’s terra and bonki! within 3 days too! i’m getting so much faster at crocheting. it was terra’s 16th birthday a few days ago and bonki will be having his baptism soon so i really wanted to make something for them. i’ll post pictures of my finished products when they receive their gifts!
nii-san will be flying to california later today around 2 in the afternoon. lucky bitch! i want to go! i miss cali so much, and i miss the fam even more! and then after that, daddy will be flying into california too. lucky lucky! i just found out that i am not able to travel any more! this sucks. i was actually planning to meet up with daddy in california. that’s not happening. ugh… if only i knew that sooner i would’ve planned to fly there around january! blows… i’ve also been really wanting to visit my family in the philippines. i miss it there! beni and i have been talking about it recently and it just makes me feel homesick even though i never lived there. i’m hoping i can visit the phils during the summer as well as cali. we’ll see in the next coming months!
well, just wanted to do a little update for now. i’ll post more later. i need to get back in the swing of things, well, blogging-wise. i’d do vlogs too but…meh. no one wants to see my fat ass complaining about how my medicine is making me vomit all the time. xP which btw, it TOTALLY sucks! well, i’m done here. it’s time for bed. i need to take nii-san to the airport around noon tomorrow so i gotta hit the sack. toodles!
so busy it’s been crazy. today is the first chill day i will be having after a LONG time. my aunt has been off so we have been going from one place to another. murietta, fontana, west covina, just to name a few places where i’ve been. yesterday was west covina, AKA, Flipsville according to me. reason being, there are a butt ton of filippinos there. so many that there are dozens of filippine shopping plazas there. it was pretty cool. all the employees in the stores tried to talk to me in taglog, but i didn’t understand. yeah, i’m a reject flip. i got cake albeit. it was good cake..
during all the craziness, i did get some time for myself though which rocked. everyone was out of the house. my aunts and grandmother took my baby cousin to the doctor’s to get some chest x-rays done, tayler was at school, my uncle was at work, and my dad was on his computer. he later had to pick up tayler. so i had some me time where i decided to indulge in the glory of resident evil 4. oh man. what a great game! no matter how many times you play it, it never gets old. which hopefully RE5 turns out that way too. if not, i might cry sad pandas…
SPEAKING of resident evil 4, so i’ve been obsessing over the bentley brothers recently, eh? at least to some people. anyway, here’s what all the fuss is about with them. oh joy!
